Familiars
You can summon various creatures of this world to be your steeds by using "The Book Of Familiars". You will need to find the proper scroll to call forth each familiar. Each creature has its own advantages, whether it is speed on land or water, or whether it lends greater resistance to damage. Some of the more common familiar scrolls are sold in the central city of 4Falls.

Magic
Magic was the primary manifestation of good and evil in ancient times. With this skill you can perform a wide variety of actions from radius healing to death missiles. The first magic shop was founded by one of the original members of the Amphibious race to arrive on IIA. He is located in the central city of 4Falls.

Shapeshifting
This skill enables you to shift into certain monster types by using particular orbs. While you are shifted you gain all of the monsters powers and weaknesses. This skill can turn the tide of battle if used properly.

Reveal
You never know what might be lurking unseen right next to you in this mysterious world. It is wise to train the skill of reveal to heighten your senses and make you aware of a hidden enemy or treasure.

Hiding
With this skill you can disappear and let monsters or players pass you by unnoticed. After you have hidden successfully, any movement, attack or attempt to heal will reveal your position. This skill is a must-have for the Amphibious race, therefore they are very proficient at it.

Piloting
You will soon wish to leave your feet and travel with speed and style. The Piloting skill involves training in the use of jetpacks, hover bikes, jet skis and submarines. Some methods of transportation require a certain level of piloting to build or operate them.

Melee
Melee combat has always been one of the most primal skills of sentient beings anywhere. Since the dawn of history in IIA, training in the use of blades, hammers and clubs has been practiced unceasingly. The Bloblic home world of Malia has contributed some of the most devastating weapons ever devised. One example is the Tsunami Axe. Its blade alone is the size of a human male! Although all races can use melee weapons and be proficient in them, the Bloblic has a commanding advantage in this skill.

Alchemy
Healing potions and poisons! Mixed drinks and explosive bases! Alchemy is an essential skill for the well-rounded tradesman. One of the first Chem Labs built in IIA is still located in the human city of Trendor on the main level past the Vault from K-Forge's store.

Engineering
The proceeds from the skill of Engineering can be very lucrative. You can make many things that other players in the game will want to buy from you, like jet packs and guns. Utilizing the house-stores available to players, an engineer can create a shop in the world of IIA to sell his wares.

Smithy
The ancient art of Smithing allows its disciples to create essential items like armor and swords. There are also some quests that require smithy-made items to be carried by those that attempt them. The well-trained Smithy will never lack for work, and it is a great skill to have if you own a house-store.
